OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) — An Owensboro man is going through on-line baby intercourse crime prices after an investigation.
The Owensboro Police Division says 37-year-old Matthew Howard was arrested Thursday as the results of the investigation.
Based on OPD, a tip about on-line baby intercourse abuse materials from the Nationwide Heart for Lacking and Exploited Kids was obtained by a detective, resulting in a number of search warrants that recognized Howard as a suspect.
Police say detectives executed a search at Howard’s dwelling in Owensboro, the place they seized proof of kid intercourse abuse materials.
Howard was arrested and booked into the Daviess County Jail, the place he faces a number of counts of possession and distribution of sexual abuse materials.
