ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A Chalmette man is dealing with a number of drug-related expenses following an investigation by the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Workplace.
In response to Sheriff James Pohlmann, an investigation by the Particular Investigations Division Narcotics Unit led to the arrest of 40-year-old Charles Bailey.
Bailey was booked into the St. Bernard Parish Jail on expenses of:
- Possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine
- Possession with the intent to distribute cocaine
- Possession with the intent to distribute heroin
- Possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl
- Possession with the intent to distribute marijuana
- Possession of oxycodone
- Possession of dextroamphetamine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Failure to make use of flip sign
His bond was set at $236,600.
