BEAUMONT, Texas — An Amarillo man who pleaded responsible to a number of federal violations within the Eastern District of Texas after a violent crime spree from Beaumont to Lufkin in 2023 has been sentenced to federal jail.
Jamelle Antoine Parker, 36, pleaded responsible to carjacking and was sentenced to 105 months in federal jail by U.S. District Decide Marcia A. Crone.
On April 1, 2023, Parker approached a lady as she was placing air in her tires at a fuel station on Washington Boulevard in Beaumont, in keeping with an Japanese District of Texas information launch.
