Republic Act (RA) 10175, in any other case generally known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, says that the NBI and the PNP shall manage a cybercrime unit or middle manned by particular investigators to completely deal with instances involving violations of this Act. Does this provision imply that different investigative models or businesses — of the NBI, PNP or different businesses — are proscribed from initiating/dealing with a grievance involving a violation of the Cyber Crime Prevention Act?
