“On Thursday, July 4, 2024, at roughly 4:45 p.m. Burbank-Paradise Hearth Division and Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of an individual on hearth inside a residence in 1900 block of Robertson Highway in Modesto.
