Members of the Prince Albert Police Service Crime Discount Group have concluded a drug trafficking investigation with the execution of a search warrant and the arrest of a 26-year-old Ontario man.
On June 7, the Prince Albert Police Service Crime Discount Group, with the help of the Prince Albert Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Group and the Proactive Policing Unit, executed a Managed Medication and Substance Act search warrant within the 500 block of River Avenue West. On account of the search, police positioned and seized 160 grams of crack cocaine, $20,602 in Canadian Forex, 13 grams of reducing agent and extra proof to assist drug trafficking.
A 26-year-old male has been charged with possession for the aim of trafficking cocaine and possession of proceeds of crime.
He’ll make his first look in Prince Albert Provincial Court docket on June 18.
